Data Deletion

• Your name, phone number and email address
• CRM contact record
• WhatsApp conversation history stored in the CRM
• Notes, tags and custom field data associated with you
• Lead or deal information linked to you

Please include in your request:

• Your full name
• Mobile number (with country code)
• Email address (if applicable)
• Name of the business you interacted with through the CRM
• Brief description of what you want deleted

Do not include passwords, OTPs or payment details in your request.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request to prevent unauthorized deletion of another person's information. We will only ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.

If your information was submitted by a business using Ashwheel WA CRM, we may refer your request to that business, as they may be responsible for the customer relationship and the original data collection.

After receiving a valid request, we will:

Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons. We will restrict its use and delete it once the retention period expires.

Deleting your information from Ashwheel WA CRM does not automatically delete it from WhatsApp or Meta systems. Meta maintains its own data independently. For data held by Meta, please contact WhatsApp directly.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable Indian law.
