• WhatsApp messages and conversation data

• Media files shared through WhatsApp (images, documents, audio, video)

• To send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of the business

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Ashwheel WA CRM integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. When a business connects its WhatsApp account, data is exchanged through Meta's authorized APIs. Meta has its own privacy policies and data practices which apply independently. We are not responsible for Meta's processing activities.

Businesses using this CRM are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their customers before sending WhatsApp communications.

We use reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, authentication and secure storage to protect information processed through the CRM. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as Supabase and Vercel) to operate the CRM. These providers may process data as part of delivering the service. We use appropriate safeguards when engaging such providers.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site and the application are used — which pages people visit, how they arrive, and which features get used. Google sets cookies in your browser for this and receives the page addresses you visit, your approximate location, and technical details such as your browser and device type. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored.

Page addresses inside the application can include record identifiers, for example the identifier of a broadcast or a flow you open. We do notsend your customers' names, phone numbers or message content to Google, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising or to build advertising audiences.

You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not affect any feature of the CRM.

Aside from analytics, we use cookies only where they are necessary to run the service — principally to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. Those cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the CRM service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or visit our Data Deletion page.

We will respond to privacy complaints within the timeframe required by applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
